ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Mitsuru Takai, Yoshikazu Soeno, Katsumichi Tagami, Kazuya Shimakawa and Takahiro Suwa, all from Tokyo, have developed an information recording medium. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,604,880 on Oct. 20.
The patent has been assigned to TDK Corp., Tokyo.
