ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Thierry Richard of Besancon, France, and Jean Escalier of Montfaucon, France, have developed a secure coin-operated machine. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,604,107 on Oct. 20.
The patent has been assigned to Parkeon, Paris.
