ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Hiroshi Seikai, Syoji Narita, Hideaki Ozawa and Masaaki Takahashi, all from Utsunomiya, Japan, have developed a communication control device for passenger protection device. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,606,647 on Oct. 20.
