ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Nafea Bishara and Michael Orr, both of San Jose, Calif., and Yuval Cohen of Raanana, Ill.,have developed a link aggregation for routed ports. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,606,230 on Oct. 20.
The patent has been assigned to Marvell International Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wireless network apparatus and corresponding method and computer program comprises a plurality of ports to transmit and receive data flows comprising packets of data; a memory to store a routing table; a forwarding engine to transfer the packets of data between the ports according to the routing table; ...
