ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Hiroki Andoh and Hironori Tanaka, both of Tokyo, have developed a voltage generating apparatus. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,605,584 on Oct. 20.

The patent has been assigned to Advantest Corp., Tokyo.
