ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Ulrich L. Rohde of Upper Saddle River, N.J., Ajay Kumar Poddar of Fairlawn, N.J., Klaus Juergen Schoepf of Ringwood, N.J., and Parimal Patel of Jersey City, N.J., have developed a user-definable low cost, low noise, multi-octave-band tunable oscillator. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,605,670 on Oct. 20.
