ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Manyuan Shen and Guanbin Xing, both of Bellevue, Wash., and Hui Liu of Sammamish, Wash., have developed an apparatus for combining signals of multiple users. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,606,596 on Oct. 20.
