ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Christophe Colignon, Levallois Perret, France, has developed a system for assisting in the regeneration of motor vehicle depollution means. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,603,851 on Oct. 20.
