GENEVA, Oct. 29 -- Jens Telgkamp, Holger Speckmann and Bengt Abel, all from Germany, have developed a system and method for monitoring the state of structural components.
The patent has been assigned to Airbus Deutschland GmbH, Hamburg, Germany.
