ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Amir Leshem, Shoham, Israel, has developed a method of phase noise compensation for mimo wlan systems. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,609,789 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to MetaLink Ltd., Yakum, Israel.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a method for reducing phase noise in OFDM systems by analyzing a time-dependent representation of the phase noise that changes in real time according to received data.
