ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Masaaki Ono of Anpachi-gun, Japan, Kazuyoshi Fukata of Kusatsu, Japan, and Masahiro Yagi of Otsu, Japan, have developed a polyester film for recording medium and magnetic recording tape. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,608,349 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to Toray Industries Inc., Japan.
