ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Takayuki Taki, Atsuo Tomita and Hiroto Asano, all from Tokyo, have developed a conductive material mixed composition. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,608,659 on Oct. 27.
