ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Bharat T. Doshi of Holmdel, N.J., Yung-Terng Wang of Marlboro, N.J., and Behrokh Samadi of Saratoga, Calif., have developed a network quality of service management. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,609,637 on Oct. 27.

The patent has been assigned to Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., Murray Hill, N.J.
