QUINCY, Ill., Oct. 29 -- John Wood Community College issued the following news release:
The John Wood Community College will offer two evening welding classes at its Agricultural Education Center near Perry starting November 10, 2009.
Both classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, November 10 through January 15, 2010, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. (Due to the Thanksgiving holiday classes will not meet on November 26.)
Introduction to Welding teaches the basics of welding. Students will gain knowledge of metal welding and be introduced to various methods of welding metals. Areas covered will include Oxy-acetylene, ...
