ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 30 -- Andrew Jonathan Bray, Alan Douglas Tearle and Paul Hodges, all from Southampton, Great Britain, have developed an ornamental design for a smoking article packaging. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. D603,090 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to British American Tobacco (Investments) Ltd., London.
The original application was filed on Dec. 15, 2008.
