ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 30 -- Richard K. Williams, Cupertino, Calif., Michael E. Cornell of Campbell, Calif., and Wai Tien Chen of Hong Kong, have developed a modular complementary metal-oxide semiconductor analog integrated circuit. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,608,895 on Oct. 27.

The patent has been assigned to Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc., Santa Clara, Calif.
