ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 30 -- Emilio Morini, Colorno, Italy, has developed a capsule containing a mixer substance for bottles containing pressurised liquids. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,607,549 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to Bormioli Rocco & Figlio S.p.A., Parma, ,Italy
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The capsule includes a lower cap with a security strip which inserts removably on a mouth of a bottle.
