LONDON, Oct. 30 -- United Kingdom office of Public Sector information issues Statutory Instruments (2009 No. 887) on "The European Union Military Staff (Immunities and Privileges) Order 2009."

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Organisations Act 1968 made the regulation on April 8.

According to the regulation:

1. This Order may be cited as the European Union Military Staff (Immunities and Privileges) Order 2009. It shall come into force on the date on which the Agreement (2) enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
