GENEVA, Oct. 30 -- Jan Alstrup, Ole Hagemann, Mikkel Jorgensen, Torben Damgaard Nielsen and Frederik Christian Krebs - all from Denmark, have developed a photovoltaic device.
The patent has been assigned to The Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby, Denmark.
