WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- The office of Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
At Sen. Chuck Grassley's urging, the health care reform legislation that came out of the Finance Committee earlier this month and is advancing in the Senate contains a series of provisions Grassley co-authored to improve the quality of care in nursing homes.
"Improving the quality of care in nursing homes requires constant oversight and action," Grassley said. "It's something I've been committed to for a long time.
