By Order entered in this proceeding on March 12, 2009, the companies identified therein as not having filed with the Commission an interconnection/resale contract or agreement in accordance with the terms of their Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity, were ordered to appear at a hearing on April 15, 2009, to demonstrate good cause as to why their respective Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity should not be revoked for their failure to timely submit the required interconnection/resale contracts or agreements.
