MONTGOMERY, Ala., Aug. 28 -- The Alabama Public Service Commission issued the following order:

BY THE COMMISSION:

By application filed on or about April 10, 2009, All American Telecom, Inc., a Florida corporation, 9116 Lantern Oak Way, Land O Lakes, Florida 34638, seeks a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide Local Exchange Telecommunications Service in the State of Alabama.

Pursuant to notice dated May 7, 2009, the application came on for hearing on June 10, 2009. No one intervened in the proceeding, but Commission staff participated in the hearing.
