GENEVA, Oct. 31 -- Hideaki Nishimoto, Japan, has developed a photosensitive resin composition and layered object obtained therewith.
The patent has been assigned to Asahi Kasei E-materials Corp., Tokyo.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A photosensitive-resin layered object is provided in which the photosensitive resin layer, even when having a thickness as small as 3-15 muem, has satisfactory tenting properties. The layered object includes a supporting layer, which does not peel off unintentionally, i.e., has a satisfactory peel strength.
