GENEVA, Oct. 31 -- Tempei Katsuta and Hiroshi Kaiwa, both of Japan, have developed a speaker system.
The patent has been assigned to Pioneer Corp., Tokyo, and Tohoku Pioneer Corp., Yamagata, Japan.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A high-quality sound speaker system which restrains standing sound waves arising at a cabinet to reduce unwanted vibration.
