GENEVA, Oct. 31 -- Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbaev, Vladimir Sergeevich Shkolnik, Abdurassul Aldashevich Zharmenov, Manat Zhaksybergenovich Tolymbekov and Sailaubay Omarovich Bainov- all from Kazakhstan, have developed a method of alloy for reducing steel.
