The Honorable Ophie A. Kier of Augusta County, loan officer at Village Bank Mortgage Corporation;
Rhodes Beahm Ritenour of Henrico County, associate at LeClair Ryan, P.C.;
William F. Sibert* of Staunton, vice president of real estate at Moore Brothers Company, Inc.
