ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Taro Tozuka, Hiratsuka, Japan, has developed a magnetic substance display panel. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,607,919 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to Kabushiki Kaisha Pilot Corp., Tokyo.
