ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Bengt-Arne Thorstensson of Ytterby, Sweden, and Christos Edengrim of Vasterhaninge, Sweden, have developed a process for the manufacture of a bitumen-aggregate mix suitable for road paving and a polyamine compound and its use. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,608,142 on Oct. 27.
The patent has been assigned to Akzo Nobel N.V., Netherlands.
