ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Koichi Ogawa of Hirakata, Japan, Hiroshi Iwai of Katano, Japan, and Atsushi Yamamoto of Osaka, Japan, have developed a human phantom apparatus for measuring characteristic of antenna. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,609,071 on Oct. 27.
