ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Werner Eckardt of Rochester, Mich., Vyacheslav B. Birman of Rochester Hills, Mich., and Christian Jean Tanguy of Sterling Heights, Mich., have developed a light distributing assembly for a vehicle instrument panel. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,607,808 on Oct. 27.
