ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Kenichi Shirasaka and Yukitoshi Suzuki, both of Hamamatsu, Japan, have developed a semiconductor device. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,607,355 on Oct. 27.

The patent has been assigned to Yamaha Corp., Hamamatsu-shi, Japan.
