ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Benjamin N. Eldridge of Danville, Calif., and Igor Y. Khandros of Orinda, Calif., have developed a remote test facility with wireless interface to local facilities. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,613,591 on Nov. 3.
The patent has been assigned to FormFactor Inc., Livermore, Calif.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A central test facility transmits wirelessly test data to a local test facility, which tests electronic devices using the test data.
