ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Benjamin N. Eldridge of Danville, Calif., and Igor Y. Khandros of Orinda, Calif., have developed a remote test facility with wireless interface to local facilities. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,613,591 on Nov. 3.

The patent has been assigned to FormFactor Inc., Livermore, Calif.
