ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Ted Zablotsky of West Hartford, Conn., Charles Zablotsky of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Arthur A. Pilla of Oakland, N.J., and David John Muehsam of Cambridge, N.Y., have developed an apparatus for static magnetic field treatment of tissue, organs. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,611,453 on Nov. 3.
