ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- William E. Coyle Jr., of Terrebonne Parish, La., and Dennis Pennison of Laforche Parish, La., have developed a movable arm for moving flexible lines. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,610,965 on Nov. 3.
