ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 4 -- Andrew R. Young, Evan Tick, Yoon Chang, Roy Edwin Campbell, II, Joan Ka-Wai Tse and John Scowcroft, all from New York, Young-Sup Lee of White Plains, N.Y., Robert C. Towse, Jr. of Stamford, Conn., and Stephen David Reddy of Washington Crossing, Pa., have developed an apparatus for optimizing a portfolio of a participant. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,613,652 on Nov. 3.

The patent has been assigned to Morgan Stanley, New York.
