GENEVA, Nov. 4 -- Kenji Okumoto, Japan, has developed an organic electroluminescent device.
The patent has been assigned to Panasonic Corp., Osaka, Japan.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device comprising an anode, a transparent cathode, and an organic layer sandwiched between the electrodes and composed of an organic substance.
