GENEVA, Nov. 4 -- Steven Wayne Goldstein and Marc Boillot, both of United States of America, and John Usher, Canada, have developed a method and device for voice operated control.
The patent has been assigned to PERSONICS HOLDINGS INC., Boca Raton, Fla.
