GENEVA, Nov. 4 -- Ki-Hyouk Choi, Saudi Arabia, has developed a process for upgrading heavy and highly waxy crude oil without supply of hydrogen.

The patent has been assigned to Aramco Services Co., Houston, and Saudi Arabian Oil Co., Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
