Article: 'LIVING NATIVITY' ORGANIZERS SEEKING VOLUNTEERS TO FILL NUMEROUS ROLES

JOPLIN, Mo., Nov. 4 -- The city of Joplin issued the following news release:

Members of community groups, churches, school and civic organizations, as well as individual citizens are all invited to participate in "Living Nativity", a drive-thru production that is part of the Joplin Holiday Experience. It will be held in Landreth Park in Joplin, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. starting Wednesday, December 2 through Saturday, December 5.

"Living Nativity" will follow the developments and actions of Joseph and Mary as they traveled to Bethlehem more than 2000 years ago. Volunteers are being sought to portray the different roles that will be depicted in eight inspiring scenes of this feature. Citizens ...
