Nora R. Dannehy, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that a federal grand jury in New Haven has returned an indictment charging MARCUS ARNOLD, 38, of Laurel Street, Hartford, with one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base ("crack cocaine"), two counts of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, three counts of possession with intent to distribute Phencyclidine ("PCP"), and one count of possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.
