Barton Healthcare of York signed a contract to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for the shell and core of a 202,000-square-foot facility in Moorestown, NJ. Barton also will provide design services for 90,000 square feet of tenant fit-outs. The facility will include a health and fitness center with therapy and lap pools, as well as diagnostic and testing areas, retail space, a cafe and other support spaces.
