ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn., Nov. 5 -- The U.S. Air Force Arnold Engineering Development Center issued the following press release:

The Air Force has announced the award fee for the Arnold Engineering Development Center's (AEDC) operating contractor, Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA), for the period April 1, 2009, through Sept. 30, 2009.

The award fee determining official, Brig. Gen. Wendy Masiello approved an award fee of $6,984,500 for ATA, with a score of 98 percent. The score results in 100 percent of their possible award fee. This is the 12th award fee under the contract that began in October 2003.
