KEARNEY, Mo., Nov. 5 -- The city of Kearney issued the following news release:
The City of Kearney Sanitation Division announces that due to the upcoming Veterans' Day Holiday, Wednesday, November 11, 2009, the following changes will be in effect for the refuse collection system and the Kearney Area Solid Waste Agency Landfill:
* Commercial businesses normally having garbage collection service on Wednesday will be collected either on Tuesday or on Thursday.
* Monday's and Tuesday's residential trash collections will be on schedule. Residential trash collection normally collected on Wednesday and Thursday will be delayed one day. Yard waste normally collected on Wednesday and Thursday will ...
