LANCASTER, Calif., Nov. 4 -- The city of Lancaster issued the following news release:
Artists Sarah Donaldson and Nicolas Shake will discuss the inspirations, concepts and processes that led to the creation of their artworks in the "4<40"exhibition this Saturday, November 7 at 1 pm at the Lancaster Museum/Art Gallery. Donaldson will explore the combination of critical theory with process in her discussion of "The Real Rooms" series, while Shake will examine the contemporary conventions of figurative painting in his discussion "Does it Go Deeper than Aesthetic?"
