BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Buffalo Field Office issued the following news release:
WAYNE RICHARD APOTOSKY, 38, of Buffalo, New York, who, on January 23, 2009, was sentenced in NYS Court to an 18-month to three-year term of prison following a grand larceny conviction arising out of defendant's acceptance of monies for construction work not performed, was sentenced today to 151 months in prison followed by a 10-year term of supervised release by Chief Judge Richard J. Arcara, U.S. District Court, announced U.S. Attorney Kathleen M. Mehltretter of the Western District of New York. The sentence was based on a May 19, 2009 ...
