Article: MAN SENTENCED IN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CASE

BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Buffalo Field Office issued the following news release:

WAYNE RICHARD APOTOSKY, 38, of Buffalo, New York, who, on January 23, 2009, was sentenced in NYS Court to an 18-month to three-year term of prison following a grand larceny conviction arising out of defendant's acceptance of monies for construction work not performed, was sentenced today to 151 months in prison followed by a 10-year term of supervised release by Chief Judge Richard J.
