MUNCIE, Ind., Nov. 6 -- Ball State University issued the following news release:

As Congress continues to debate a proposed overhaul of the nation's health care system, the Office of Student Life together with Payroll and Employee Benefits are sponsoring a health care forum on Tuesday, Nov.10, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Pruis Hall.
