MONTGOMERY, Ala., Nov. 6 -- Alabama State University issued the following news release:
An Alabama State University graduate is one of 20 black women in the United States to be named athletic director at a National Collegiate Athletic Association university.
China Leigh Jude is athletics director at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, the nation's oldest historically black institution of higher education and the only Historically Black College and University in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
