One of us somewhere in Manitoba has just won the largest lottery prize in the province's history and the second-largest ever in Canada.

Manitoba's newest multimillionaire won the first-ever jackpot Friday night in the new Lotto Max draw, a random draw of seven numbers that's been running six weeks without a winner, explained Andrea Marantz of the Western Canada Lottery Corp.
