ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 7 -- Lee P. Noehring of Peoria, Ariz., Chad W. Mercer of Chandler, Ariz., and Steve J. Brown of Phoenix, Ariz., have developed an apparatus for resolving security association database update coherency in high-speed system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,613,699 on Nov. 3.
The patent has been assigned to ITT Manufacturing Enterprises Inc., Wilmington, Del.
