Theon of San Jose, Calif., Shay Ben-Chorin of Cupertino, Calif., Stephen L. Bade of Lindon, Utah, and Dean C. Wills of Corvallis, Ore., have developed a method for virtual prototyping. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,613,599 on Nov. 3.

The patent has been assigned to Synopsys Inc., Mountain View, Calif.
